What Comes Before Forever?

Wedding planning can be overwhelming. My biggest goal with bridal clients is to keep our relationship fuss-free. Since 2008, I’ve photographed countless couples on their wedding day, and when I say I have this assignment mapped out, that’s no exaggeration.
Getting Started
Before making any concrete plans, I schedule a consultation with prospective couples to see if we’re compatible. This step is crucial — the right photographer can enhance your day, while the wrong fit can cause unnecessary stress. If I’m not the best match, I’ll help you find someone who is.
Once we’re both on the same page, you’ll place a deposit and sign a contract to hold your date. I’ll then share planning lists to jumpstart your photo prep months before your wedding. These lists help shape your day-of itinerary and shot lists so your wedding day stays relaxed and enjoyable.
Questions to Consider Before Your Consultation
To make the most of our consultation, think about:
-
Are you on a wellness journey that may affect your look on your wedding day?
-
Which features do you love most about yourself or your partner?
-
Are there any photo insecurities you want to address?
-
Which shots are non-negotiable, and which can be sacrificed if the timeline gets tight?
-
How do you want to be perceived on your wedding day?
-
Do you prefer natural light or a bolder flash look in most of your photos?
