Congratulations!
Wedding planning involves a lot of moving pieces—and photography should be one of the most steady parts of that experience. My role is to bring structure where needed, stay flexible where appropriate, and work alongside your vendor team to keep the photography flow aligned with the rhythm of the day.
I’ve been photographing weddings since 2008—long enough to understand where timelines tend to tighten, where natural moments happen quickly, and how to stay ahead of both without disrupting what is already in motion. I work proactively throughout the day, staying aware of timing and transitions so photography supports the schedule rather than competing with it.
You’ll remember how your wedding day felt far more than how it looked—the pace, the energy, and what it was like to be fully present throughout each moment. I work to preserve that experience while documenting it as it unfolds, keeping photography present but never intrusive.
Throughout the day, timing naturally shifts. Weather changes, conversations run long, and transitions happen a little differently than planned. I stay in sync with your planner, coordinator, and other vendors to adjust the photography flow in real time so everything remains cohesive without drawing attention to the adjustments themselves.
Most of my work happens in quiet coordination. You experience it later in how naturally the day progressed, how supported the timeline felt, and how fully you were able to stay immersed in the experience from beginning to end.
ARE WE COMPATIBLE?
First, we’ll start with a short consultation to get to know each other. As we talk, it should become clear whether I feel like a natural fit for the day you’re already envisioning. We’ll also make sure we’re on the same page about how I work, what the experience looks like from start to finish, and what you can expect in your final gallery and deliverables. By the end of our conversation, you should feel confident in three things: the relationship we’re building, how I’ll show up within your planning process, and the images and products you’ll receive after the wedding.
HOW I SUPPORT YOU
Most couples don’t need more decisions—they need clarity on what actually matters for photography.
-
What moments and relationships matter most in your final gallery
-
Any preferences or sensitivities I should be aware of when photographing you (and your people)
-
How you want the day to feel, not just how it should look
-
Which moments are most important if the timeline shifts
-
Your preferences for natural light, flash, or a blend of both
BOOKING & PLANNING
To reserve your date, a 30% deposit and signed contract are required.
From there, I share planning resources that help shape your timeline and photo lists well in advance. That preparation keeps the day flowing smoothly—you won’t be wondering what’s next or pulled in multiple directions.

REHEARSAL DINNERS
Rehearsal dinners often hold some of the most meaningful, relaxed moments of a wedding weekend—introductions, shared stories, and the emotional build-up before the wedding day.
Coverage focuses on relationships, atmosphere, and in-between moments that naturally unfold when everyone is finally together.
Available at $350/hour (typically 1–2 hours). Galleries are delivered in a private, password-protected format and can be shared with guests as a keepsake from the weekend.
ELOPEMENTS
Elopements are fully customized based on coverage time, location, season, and creative scope. We build coverage around what the day actually requires, including multi-location storytelling, travel considerations, or expanded coverage with a second photographer for parallel storytelling opportunities. Pricing is prorated and may include travel, permits, parking, or location-specific requirements.
HOURLY ADD-ONs
Weddings rarely unfold in exact increments, and coverage is built with that flexibility in mind. When timelines extend, I stay in communication with your planning team so decisions are made calmly and in real time. Additional coverage is available at a prorated hourly rate to ensure continuity without disrupting the flow of the day.
