This rentable studio has been a manifestation 16 years in the making. As a photographer, I longed for a consistent environment where I could invite my clients to have their milestones documented with utmost ease and accessibility - something especially important now that we have two young kiddos and multiple businesses!
This studio started to form in 2019, but multiple factors put the project on hold. In 2023, my husband and I had a decade-long prayer to sprawl our family out on more acreage. On this parcel was a gritty woodworking shop full of unfinished projects and loads of potential. It took one year of improvements and a stamp of approval from Franklin City Council to now proudly prop open the doors on this rentable studio for creatives.
Studio Space Franklin yields an 600 sq. ft. indoor rental space with bonus outdoor rural backdrops just moments off of Interstate 65 (I-65) and five minutes north of downtown Franklin, Indiana. It boasts 100-year-old hardwood floors, a backdrop wall, styled seating area, and airy windows.

Amenities
This is a casual space with a sofa, chairs, tables, and lamps. There are various props, studio paper ($1 per foot used), a changing area, and bathroom. Use available natural light or bring your own lighting for a controlled look.
24-hour advance booking contingent on availability. Must pay in advance to book. To book during a holiday or holiday weekend, there will be an added $50 fee.

OUTDOOR RENTAL
The property is home to a former dairy farm and later horse farm. It boasts incredible sunrises and sunsets and is situated among mature trees, barns, and nestles up to The Legends Golf Course in Franklin, Ind.
24-hour advance booking contingent on availability. In the event of inclement weather, a reschedule will be arranged. Must pay in advance to book. To book during a holiday or holiday weekend, there will be an added $50 fee.
